Pre-Dinner Music-These are a variety

Tip #1
As the ceremony is complete, your guests will
arrive & beat the reception site for up to 1 hr
before you arrive with your bridal party.  The
projection system rental is a way to keep your
crowd entertained with a DVD slide show of
the both of you.  We will handle the rest with
ice breaking tools.
Bridal/Party Introduction

Tip #2:
Make this fun and memorable!  Come in as
you want.  Come in dancing, throwing
candy or whatever creative idea you can
come up with!  One neat thing to do is give
comical bios to each person in your bridal
party & make it fun.  Immediately
following, do a meet & greet, so no one
feels left out! You should allow everyone
to get the chance to say something directly
to you.
Dinner Music
1. Keep the same genre as
given to the pre-dinner music
Tip #3:
AS you both finish eating, take
some more time to mingle with
your guests.  The toast will
immediately follow your
dinner.  So be ready to enjoy
friends & family's speeches.
Tip #4
The Cake cutting flows well,
following the toast, because now,
you can continue with the rest of
the traditional dances and everyone
can eat & enjoy them all @ the same
time!

Don't pick the music, but definitely make a
small list of your favorites...Allow for requests
and DJ creativity. The 5 hour package allows
for approximatley an hour & 1/2 of open dance
Tip #14
Make sure to get on the microphone & thank
everyone for showing up & sharing your
special day with you.  Have a creative
"Goodbye!" For example, have guests line up
outside with a double line making a path for
you both, holding sparklers in hand!
