Tip #1 : Etiquetely speaking, you must allow
no less than 30 minutes for guests to arrive!
This may utilize 7-10 songs! Some of these
songs are commonly interchanged  with a
different part of the ceremony! It all depends
on your taste and opinion!  Also, we can help
you coordinate the ceremony along side our
fellow vendors by utilizing our 2-Way radio
system to create the perfect flow!  Also, giving
volume to the minister and the two of you is
something we can handle for you as well!
Have you considered the Sand Ceremony
instead of the Candle Lighting?  Google Sand
Ceremony.
Tip #2
This a very common piece used during the
ceremony.  It is a way to involve the parents
and grandparents and give them a sense of being
a bigger part of your day! The Unity Candle
itself is a piece though that is losing popularity
to the Sand Ceremony! First, the candles are
quite expensive and usually end up in the attic,
the end result for the sand ceremony can be
utilized as a constant reminder of the vows you
both take and be placed in view in your home for
all to see! If you use the Unity candle, be sure
to use a wind -resistant lighter , like a Zippo!

Tip #3
This part of the ceremony is the longest of the entrances
and you must remember to choose a song that gives ample
time for entry! Also, remember to have the bridal party
enter the reception hall in the same order they walked the
aisle! Again, make sure to try and keep the same genre of
music throughout to maintain a smooth sounding flow!
The bigger ...the better! It is also good to have a rehersal,
even if it is in the basement! This is good to do so that
everyone knows where and how to stand!
Tip #4
The Processional is
obviously the most
important part of
the ceremony! Take
your time and revel
in the moment! Keep
your eyes on your
groom and don't
wear running shoes!
It is your day, do
exactly as you wish!

about 45 minutes of

reception! Plan well with
the photographer so that
you get the shots you
